Our Process

Consultation

The first step in our process is a consul with you about your new pool. We will come out and visit the property and discuss all of the design elements that you would like incorporated into the build, as well as the mechanics, lighting, and other pool features.

We’ll talk through pricing, scheduling, and other pertinent details.

Design

Once the contracts have been signed we can begin the design process. When it comes to the design of your pool, we start by learning about your property, including access, easements, setbacks, elevation, and drainage to determine placement and final sizing of your pool.

This information combined with your imagination and budget go into developing your pool’s design.

Permitting

Permitting is one of the areas where we excel. We maintain excellent relationships with all of our partners in local government.

We’ve gotten permitting down to a science. Once the design is approved we will secure all necessary permits to allow us to construct your pool.

Construction

Now to the exciting part, construction time! You’ll see daily progress on your new pool. From digging out the hole to filling it with a rebar for reinforcement, and then concrete, mechanics, tiles, finishing elements, and finally, water!

Homeowners love to see the progress from day to day as we go from grass to water.

COMPLETION

This is the easy part! We will finish your newly constructed pool with the white glove treatment. We’ll make sure your new pool functions perfectly and looks picture perfect for your first pool party.

We’ll take care of getting the pool perfect and leave the party food, drinks, fixins, and friends up to you! 🥳
