Our Process

Consultation

The first step in our process is the consultation. At your consultation we will visit the property where the pool is located to see the condition, materials, and to get an idea of how we would approach the project.

We will discuss the renovations you’d like to have done. We’ll talk through pricing, scheduling, and other pertinent details.

Design

Once the contracts have been signed we can begin the design process. We typically start with ideas provided by the homeowner and convert those into design diagrams.

This goes through a revision process with the homeowner until we get approval. Then we will start the process of scheduling, ordering materials and permitting.

Permitting

Permitting is one of the places that we excel. We maintain an excellent relationship with all of our local partners in government.

We’ve gotten permitting down to a science. Once the design is approved we will secure all necessary permits to engage in the pool renovations.

Renovation

Now to the exciting part, demo and renovations! The time to complete a project is dependent on numerous factors, including getting materials and weather.

However we take these issues into account in advance to ensure the most timely completion of your renovations that’s possible.

COMPLETION

This is the easy part. We wrap up your pool renovation with the white glove treatment. We’ll make sure your newly renovated pool looks picture perfect for your first pool party.
